Wiki Project Med Foundation is an organization with more than 150 members while the on Wikipedia medical editing community has more than 300 core members. We have ongoing collaborations with a number of like minded organizations, educational institutions, governmental bodies, and tech organizations. This talk is a review of what we have been working on this last year, what we have planned for the coming year, how you can get involved.

Specifics aspects of the talk will cover (1) a look at readership, editor numbers, and references (2) the offline medical app (3) key collaborations (4) soon to be published research looking at the quality of Wikipedia's medical content

What will attendees take away from this session? You will learn about many of the exciting efforts that are ongoing to improve Wikip/media's medical content and expand our editing community. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and details regarding how to get involved.
