Abstract (up to 300 words to describe your proposal)

In 2014 the Court of Justice of the European Union recognized the right of an individual to not being perpetually or periodically stigmatized because of a specific action performed in the past, a right to be forgotten. Although the first affected was a Spanish newspaper, these decisions quickly expanded to other online sources of information, as Wikipedia, through the deindexation in the Google search engine. This was one of the big (legal) issues on Wikimania 2014, with Jimmy Wales saying the Court decision was a kind of censorship.

Three years after this, what is the current situation of the right to be forgotten? How Wikipedia is dealing with this right? Is this a real threat? We hope to give some answers to this questions.
