Kiwix is an offline reader (free software) that allows offline access to Wikipedia, the Gutenberg library, TED talks and much more. But what if you could access content not from one but from two dozen devices at the same time?
We built a cross-platform point-and-click installer that installs your content on a Raspberry pi and turns it into a wifi hotspot and voilà, you now have an inexpensive solution to distribute your content in places with bad connectivity.
This lecture will show what contents are available, how the installer works, and will include a live demo.
- What will attendees take away from this session?
Attendees should be able to understand how to use the installer and be able to use it for their own purpose.

- It would be useful if this presentation also compared the Raspberry Pi option to the LibraryBox that GLAMWIKI participants may already be familiar with. (Sadly I won't be able to attend Wikimania in person but I will be following online.) Aliaretiree (talk) 00:25, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
