In this talk, I would like to share my experience working on wikipedia for the first time (though I was an active reader on the hindi wikipedia for some years now) and why I have started liking the same and why I feel wikipedia should be localised even more so that housewives like me can convert our knowledge more effectively. In short this talk would give a 30k feet overview on why anyone can contribute to wikipedia (especially how housewives can invest their time into something really worthwhile and exciting stuff)
