The same Oop as on English Wikipedia (en:User:Oop since 2004) and some others. Also, an admin on Estonian Wikipedia (et:Kasutaja:Oop since 2004). In 2011-14 I was a member of the board of Estonian Wikimedia chapter, meta:Wikimedia Eesti. Since February 2014, I'm no more a member of WMEE and I have almost retired from Wikipedia, too. I have been still acting as a wikievangelist, writing in media and working on establishing Freedom of Panorama in Estonia.
Personally, I'm a communication entrepreneur, translator, and PhD student (see George Berkeley). I've also been a journalist and PR worker, copy editor and the night-watchman of the main building of the University of Tartu. And I take interest in tango.
On this Wikimania, due to the 15th birthday of et.wp, I'm going to take a couple of interviews from people running international projects, to be published in some of the main media channels in Estonia (and hopefully, later, under a CC license). So, if it turns out to be you, act surprised.
