- Critical issue: No
- Cross-Wiki significance: Yes,
- Abstract: Fairly clear .
- Concept: Promoting Wikipedia in a developing economy: 'How we do/did it'
- Other / concerns: One of several 'How we do/did it' proposals. A lightning 5 minute talk, which IMO based on my Wikimania experience, would be over before attendees had found the room it's in.
