Hello Geraldshields11,
if you want to discuss these topics, you are more than welcome to add them to the topic list. In terms of decisions: the ability to make big decisions is highly dependent on the number of users present and their personal commitment towards those possible decisions. Therefore the main goal of this meeting is not to make decisions (although that is a possibility), but more to share information about current issues on Commons and discuss possibilities.
