Overlapping time slot

I was looking where to put the Meetups/Wikisource when I notice that there is some overlapping with the Programme. If I read it correctly:

on Friday, Ballroom West and Center (level 4) are already taken from 17:30 to 18:00
on Saturday, there is the proup photo from 18:00 to 18:30, so this timeslot probably should be avoided (@GVarnum-WMF:)

Am I wrong?

Merci mess ieurs d'avoir levé le lapin. Je m'étais fié à un fichier Excel partagé de WMF qui ne reflète pas exactement le programme... Asia Wikimania Meetup

Who: Asians and all users with interest on Asia

When: Friday, August 11 (Day 1 Core Conference) at 7:00 pm (1900hrs)

Where: Ballroom Centre, Le Centre Sheraton Montreal.

What: Asia Wikimania Meetup

Why: It is our best way to meet face to face. Asia Conference is not yet there.
