- Abstract (up to 300 words to describe your proposal)
Knowledge creation is a process that is influenced by our Bias, our background, gender and our individual state of mind. We want to raise awareness of these influences and use them in a constructive way. This involves curiosity and questioning our perception. The goal is to use our different backgrounds and experiences to create new knowledge. Using individual experiences and biographical wisdom we learn from each other. Though we can integrate knowledge from people who not even have Internet access. As a side effect we get deeper knowledge on our ways of perception and our Bias.
