Meetups/Crosslinking thematic and location-based organisations

About

As the ecosystem of chapters, affiliates and other Wikimedia organizations is diversifying, new opportunities and challenges arise. In this meetup, we will look at how organizations whose focus is primarily location-based (e.g. Wikimedia Nepal, Wikimedians of Cameroon User Group, Wikimedia Argentina etc.) can interact with organizations whose focus is primarily thematic (e.g. Art+Feminism User Group or Wiki Project Med), including those focused on a particular wiki (e.g. Wikisource Community User Group) or language (e.g. Esperanto kaj Libera Scio). For lack of a better term, those non location-based organizations have been referred to as Wikimedia diaspora organisations, which have had some meetups in the past during Wikimedia Conferences.
